Gauge Platform Upgrades
SenTek's electronics platforms have been used successfully to upgrade and replace older gauge and scanner systems of many different models and manufacturers.
Gauge Calibration
SenTek provides calibration and verification services for thickness and coat weight gauge systems worldwide.
Training Classes
SenTek provides a wide variety of training classes and seminars for our customers. These training classes are held both at our customers' plant sites and at SenTek's facility in Columbus, Ohio.
Repair & Refurbishment
SenTek freuqently repairs and upgrades older gauge hardware. These repairs and upgrades are done both as independent service projects and as part of larger system upgrade projects.

Leak Testing for Sealed Sources: SenTek can perform periodic leak test on sealed that are required to be leak tested at regular intervals.
Heat Induction
Eliminate or reduce strip edge cracks resulting in greater line utilization. Improve strip edge material quality for reduced coil hold backs.
